"nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord."  (Romans 8:39)

How many different ways do they have to tell me? Once in Christ, I am in unconditionally and eternally.

Being like that, there should be a response in me that reflects a comprehension of what it means. Whatever I do, I will never be unprotected.

I understand, and even feel reproved, when I read the words of Jesus, "If you love me, you will keep my commandments." (John 14:15) But my unfulfillment is not just simple rebellion. It is embarrassing to confess it, but my lack of dedication and implicit obedience proceeds also from my unbelief.

A long time ago, I considered trying bungee jumping. That ended when a professional kid, after hundreds of jumps, left his brains on the pavement next to a well known restaurant in Cancun's Hotel Zone.

Fear? Yes. My dilemma? I don't trust the equipment.

Why don't I take the leap to speak up for Jesus? I don't trust the equipment. I don't embrace the Bible as the Word of GOD. If I really did, I would risk everything for Him.

My life in service to the Gospel would change so radically that by comparison, the last episode of Extreme Sports XXX would feel like a documentary on watching paint dry.

Yes...! As of July 5, 2020, my book is now available on Amazon.com.
It's a new book about an old problem: the cross and the crown… the Gospel and politics… do they mix? Should they mix?
If my words generate some reflection and healthy conversation—as in more light and less heat—I will be satisfied.
